He had helped my sister and her husband find a house there a few years ago, so when I decided to look in the same area, I immediately thought of Russell. He was also very responsive to my communications, and even responded when he was on vacation! He quickly got a good understanding of the features of a home that I wanted and needed, and helped me to weed out homes that did not fit my criteria, saving me time from looking at too many that didn't fit my needs. Russell helped me buy my home. I hired him after interviewing several very good realtors. When looking at houses he was quick to learn what particular things we were looking for and he pointed out things that were good or bad for our unique situation. He is a skilled negotiator. During negotiations he was very professional, which I’m sure will help him in future dealings with other realtors.
